  • During the consultation, we will also gather a thorough medical history to understand your pet’s overall health and well-being. This helps identify any potential medical causes for behavior. If needed, we may refer you to a specialist to further investigate any underlying medical conditions.

  • Yes! We’ve got specialized insurance for pet sitting & dog walking.

  • Just text your Stellar Sitter to schedule or shoot us an email at admin@sitstaystella.com.

  • Absolutely yes! We send unlimited updates! We provide sitting summary, send photo and video updates. The traincation includes a debrief session as well.

  • If you’re a new client, please book a complimentary meet & greet with us!

    Please note, we require a 50% deposit before the booking dates to finalize your reservation and remaining balance should be completed before the sitting/training starts.

  • Yes, we can administer your pet’s medications!

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us 24 hours' notice to avoid losing the session. You can reschedule up to 2 times; after that, the session is forfeited. We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency, please still try to give us 24 hours' notice.

  • Our focus is on complete client satisfaction. Please be advised when purchasing training services that refunds are granted on a very limited basis. If we can no longer proceed with training due to unavoidable circumstances, please reach out to us!

  • Not a problem at all, just please let us know if the dog is in heat.

  • Yes, we offer service on all holidays! Please note holiday pricing will apply and please book in advance to reserve the dates.

  • We do at least one acclimation session to get to know your dog, their behavior, reduce the stress during sitting, assess compatibility and build trust between your pup and our Stellar Sitter! Number of sessions varies. Please note that acclimation sessions are paid sessions.

  • We are more than happy to provide for pet! We will charge the costs to your next invoice.

  • We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots reserved for those who may need a low-cost training option for their dog. We believe every pup deserves a chance to shine!

  • Sliding scale spots are based on an honor system. Simply let us know if you need to use this option. We do not require proof of income or financial hardship. However, we ask that if you are able to pay full price for services, please do so to ensure that sliding scale spots are available to pawrents and pups in need of this option.

  • Tips given to Lauren are used to support sliding scale spots, making our services more accessible to everyone. Tips given to Stellar Sitters will be received by the individual Stellar Sitter.

  • If your pet is unwell and needs urgent veterinary assistance, our Stellar Sitters will communicate with you, Lauren will follow standard procedure for emergencies. Rest assured, our Stellar Sitters are trained for dog sitting emergencies.

  • 8am-6pm Monday through Friday!

  • To keep your dog on their regular routine, we collect detailed information through our intake form. This form covers everything from feeding schedules and diet preferences to exercise routines and any special care needs. With this information, our Stellar Sitters ensure your dog’s schedule is followed closely, providing them with a familiar and comforting experience.
